Before purchasing the programs and services, carefully review the booking details like date, time, location of services, program name and any other detail with regards to the services booked. STEM Champ prohibits exchanges or refunds after a booking has been done or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Occasionally, in rare cases, if events are cancelled or postponed by STEM Champ or its partners, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the policy of the program / service. In case we fail to contact you due to whatever reasons and if you need any help regarding your refund, you can reach us at info@stemchamp.com or contact us at (+91) 8880 700 900. We assure you of a prompt service from our end.
In cases of such refunds due to cancellation / postponing of events, your booking confirmation which will be sent via an email needs to be reproduced, if needed. Hence, you are advised to preserve the program / service booking confirmation till the event is successfully completed.
If the amount you pay for a booking is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then STEM Champ will have the right to cancel that booking (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site.
